I just saw a quilt as you go utube video by gourmetquilter. She is even easier to follow than Jenny Doan at MSQ, who I also adore. She made things easier than I could have imagined and her work is lively and colorful. Her videos are a must see. I also saw her simple 5" square quilt instructions. You can do a Quilt as you go her way on a lazy summer weekend.

The Gourmet Quilter is my favorite person in the whole wide world. And yes, she's a world away - in New Zealand. Her UTs are so easy to understand and her simple blocks just get your creative juices flowing. I watch her every chance I get.
