Once again thank you thank you - I started quilting 2 yrs ago and this is the first video I have seen about squaring up blocks and how to use the ruler properly.

This is always my biggest struggle. But I have always used my 6" x 24" ruler. Looks like squaring up will be much easier with the large square ruler. Thanks!

One thing for us lefties to consider....
We place our ruler so that the full 1" is to the top left...
then we cut the left side and the top.. then flip it around.

At least that is how I do it!
