Don't have blinds, but that is a great idea. Love roman shades.

Thank you Maksi for posting this. I have been searching for an inexpensive way to make roman shades for my kitchen. This idea is perfect for the look I am going for! Plus the windows are bare right now. I cannot wait to get started on this. Hopefully it will help keep some of the warm in this winter. I will post before and after pics when I get these done.

I love to see the before and after pics! On a fleamarket I found an old (dirty) blind. I want to make one for my little wooden barn wich is on my vegetable garden.
