Yes found another one and it has exactly the colours I am looking for they are called double pinks and have I had a heck of a time looking for them, but found them here.

they seem to be pretty accurate with the dyes they use. I copied this : 1850-1865, Madder style double pinks and browns. An alum mordant would give you a red/pink print while the use of mixed of alum and iron mordant would produce warm browns. These are reproductions of madder style prints. Artificial alizarin (the dye component of madder) was not discovered until 1869. Cool or what ??? Elle |
