How are there shipping prices???

They do have pretty fabrics but in my opinion it is a little high even with the 10% discount. Also I don't like the fact that I couldn't get a shipping price unless I entered all my personal & payment method information first.
I want to know first how much for shipping. This is just my own opinion.
