Default rotary strip cutter

I am so excited. Many people have been looking for a couple of years for the Fiskar Rotary Strip Cutter that was discontinued. Well, it is back, now made by Sew Easy. Quilt in a Day is selling it.

I don't find this ruler listed on Joann's web site. Where is the Joann's store where you saw this ruler?

I just found out the answer to the blade, it is a rotary blade, enclosed in the cutter....
