It is a Kim Diehl line. She is not known for CW repros although she does seem to gravitate to that color palette with a bit more whimsy thrown into some of the prints, more thimbleberries or folk style in my mind. However some of those prints could play very nicely with CW repros. I searched for the line on other sites to see bigger picture of prints. http://www.henryglassfabrics.net/fab.../wit-wisdom-1/

Many sites are classifying Kims line Wit and Wisdom as Civil War Repro and the palette does seem to go with many so I seem to have mispoken in my previous post. Never considered her a CW repro person.
Also look for lines by Jo Morton (Moda). There are shops out there that specialize in nothing but CW repro fabrics. I don't have a huge collection of them and what I have I got in trade. Here are some links I got doing a google search of Civil War Reproduction Fabric

Some names I look at it Marcus Brothers, Andover, Windham there are others. Designers to look for are Paula Barnes, Faye Burgos , Nancy Gere, Judie Rothermal, there are others but can't think of them right now.
Some places I find my CW fabrics at there are others but these are a few places I have ordered from. Hope these help.

I think some of the dark fabrics could be used as civil war fabrics. There is a quilt store in Texas that my friend orders from for her civil war fabrics. It is call "2 Bees Quilt Shop". I believe that is name of it and not sure if the "2" is spelled out. Sometimes I just google "civil war fabrics" and find the fabrics that way. Good luck in your search
