Yes, I have been there! It is in Fayetteville, TN. They are just off the square located in two stores. One store has all the cotton and drapery fabric type fabrics and the one across the street has all the outdoor and upholstery fabric. Just about anything can be found there.

Any person who sews would love this store. The cotton quilting fabrics are usually $2.99 or less aa yard. I only live about 30 minutes away but I have to make myself not go because I always spend too much money. It may not be the best quality fabrics but when you are not able to buy the best I always find what I want plus some.
