I had this problem with my machine, with a flashlight and really close examination I found a short piece of thread had doubled and was caught in my tension disc, after removing everything worked fine. good Luck.

K- just wondering if you still have those pre-wound "L" bobbins? If so I'd like to purchase them from you if you won't to sell them. My Janome 350e takes them.
LMK if you'd like to & how much, i an send the $ by PayPal if that's ok with you?

Be sure to check out Cuteembroidery.com and Sewforum.com. Lots of great help there, too!
