Pfaff Creative 4.5 Software update
 

I had tried to update the machine’s (Pfaff Creative 4.5) software using the version dated 2016.03.03 which I downloaded from the Pfaff website. Unfortunately, it did not work and I had to abort the update. Since then, I can only get the machine to open in the embroidery/sewing mode holding the Reverse Button key while turning the machine on.

I tried to update the software again today with the same results. I have used both a USB stick and the cable with no success.

Is there a way to go back to original software? I'm in Germany so would prefer not to call the US number if possible.

I updated my ICON at home. It takes a long time for the download to enter the machine. Maybe you can email the company for help.
