What is the best double sided tape for mounting an embroidery to foam core?

Hope you get some answers because I would like to know, too

Get some from a art supply store that mounts art and sells it. That way you know it is archival safe and will not yellow and ruin your piece.

I found this on Amazon and bought it. I will tell you how it works later this week when I mount the embroidery.
