tables

Does anyone use this table for their embroidery machine?

Will it support the weight and vibration?
Thanks

Don't have it. Look at the specs for weight. I would be leery I think as it only has two support legs. I use a very sturdy sewing cabinet, but I also have an old-fashioned solid wood desk that is very heavy I think would work well too.

It says weight capacity is 26 lbs so I don't know. With only 2 support legs, I'd think that vibration would be a problem. You'll also have to make sure your machine fits in the alloted space. It doesn't look like it would accomodate much of an extension table.

i don't think it looks big enough or sturdy enough.
the machine pictured is tiny and weighs practically nothing.

i vote "no" to this one.

My two friends have the big Dream Machine and they use the SewEz tables, the big ones. No vibrations and portable. Another one has the Sew Perfect table for her Dream Machine. I think the Sew Perfect is sturdier but not that portable.

My Brother sewing/embroidery machine has an embroidery module that would make it totally impossible to go down into that dropped shelf. And, at that price, I would really want something more substantial. What brand and model sewing/embroidery machine do you have?

Thank you all for input. I think I'll pass on the table.

That's what I was thinking. I have the SewEzi table that I use for my Juki to do FMQ. Its very sturdy and has some good add-ons. There are also different sizes. I bought the smaller, more portable one because my sewing room is getting crowded with all the machines. lol

I have similar one from Ikea - it has only two legs like that and is adjustable. It does not have a recess for a sewing machine. I have a Babylock Solarias, not a small machine. I have no trouble what so ever with vibrations.

I have the larger version of the same table that I put a plywood sheet on to use as my cutting table - that one is also very stable.
