Default 2015 Blocks/Projects of the Month (or week)

Are there any plans for Blocks or Projects of the month (or week) for 2015?

Never done a BOM but I have a whole list of projects for this year, probably more than I can finish.

I was hoping someone would start a post like this...I'm always on the lookout for new BOMs, quilting or embroidery.

There is a "Affair of the Heart" weekly block on this board.

I'm doing The American Beauty bom of the month this year. I've got the first block done. Waiting for Block number 2 to get here.

Jinny Beyer is doing a free 2015 BOM through Craftsy. I signed up for it & ordered the kit they had on sale that goes with it. The fabrics are gorgeous!!!

I'd like to do Kim Diehl's Simple Whatnots Club. It's exclusively through participating quilt shops, and there are 6 mini quilts in the current club.

I'm doing the Women of the Bible Quilt, and loving it! It will be king size for my bed when I'm done. It's a free block every 2 weeks, but don't know where the whole thing is available anymore. Here are some pictures.

soscrappy runs a Rainbow Scrap Challenge each year. Each month gets a new color and she is posting a few blocks a month...could be one a week, not sure. This yr, she is making each block the center of a sawtooth star block. I hope to keep up as leader/ender projects as time allows.

For applique lovers, Erin Russek offers a free applique block of the month. The center is available for purchase, but you can make a nice quilt out of just her blocks as well.
