Default 3 Color Quilt Pattern

Good morning! Hope you all can help, I have three great fabrics for a little boy quilt, I'm looking for a new 3 color quilt pattern, I've done the railfence tons of times, but want to do something different...any ideas? I would appreciate any help you can give me, I've searched online til I'm blue in the face! You all are terrific! Thanks ahead of time!

You could do almost 'any' block/quilt. It just take a little imagination. What level would you rank yourself, novice? intermediate? ?? Do your colors fall under ~ light ~ medium ~ dark? If you could share a picture of your fabric, it might give us some better ideas for you.

I made these 3 colour baby quilts, the pattern info is on the link as well. It's not a free pattern but you could probably figure it out. http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...s-t211867.html

This is super easy. Go to page two and three to see the different layouts.

The quilt on the cover of Jennifer Chiaverini's last Elm Creek book is a 3 color easy to do pattern. No matching seams either. I know I have it somewhere, just don't know where at present.

My favorite three fabric quilt is the one shown on the cover of Lynnette Jensen's September Morning book. Here's a link to it on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/September-Morn...lynette+jensen

Although it's the cover quilt, it's NOT September Morning, but I can't remember the name without looking. Unfortunately, the book may be out of print now, but since it's a Thimbleberries book, shouldn't be too hard to find if you like it. This is the quilt my dogs are sitting on in my avatar. :-)

That is nice, so many ways to arrange the block. Wonderful.
