Send your Ginghers to the factory in Greensboro, NC...you'll need to Google for the address unless you kept the box they came in. Gingher will sharpen them for very little (or it may be free, IDK) and they are like new!

Anyway, last time I visited the Quilt and Sewing Expo in Atlanta last October I took my Gingher 8" dressmakers to be sharpened. They really did a terrible job and now the scissor points do not meet at a point. And they aren't really sharp anymore either. My advise....don't go to the booth that sharpens scissors at those events....they don't do a good job and charge too much!

When I have a good coupon I buy batting on the roll! Good luck with your decision

if not excluded...one of my favorite things is the Rowenta travel size iron. It has great steam and very light weight.

We don't have a JoAnns but I have ordered a bit online - I would probably buy a roll of batting!

My Rowenta travel iron literally blew up. Another person on this board had one actually catch fire and she was burned. I had one earlier stop working, then the replacement blew up! Pretty scary. The sales lady at Joanns told me that was the 2nd one returned in 2 days. Wouldnt get one again. I love the design and feel, but...

Irons are almost always excluded from their coupons
