Anyone prefer a 60mm to a 45mm? How much do you use a 28mm or smaller?

I use a 45. I have used a 60 before, but I found it to be uncomfortable. I also have the smallest rotary blade available. I like that one for cutting curved pieces.

The 60 is good for going through thicker fabrics or many layers at once.
The 28mm is used to cut around curved and circular rotary cut templates.
Most of us use a 45mm for every day cutting :D:D:D

I use mostly the 45mm.I'm making those Twister Wreaths i would use the 28mm but with those little thinks on the bottom the 28 is not big enough. It would sure help cutting around the ruler,so i stick with the 45mm.Long winded aren't i?

I like the 60mm better than the 45. I like that I can cut more layers or thicker fabric, like fleece or flannel, without struggling to get the blade through.

I prefer 60mm, but that may be because I cut a lot of of fabric in my shop and just got used to them!! I guess, the truth of the matter now, is I prefer which ever one has the sharpest blade!!

I use the 60 more often than the 45. I have an ergonomic one and it's great! I was thinking of getting the smaller one to use with curved templates, but will wait until I have a specific project in mind.

Not much help here either, I have both and have been using the 60 the most, but lately I've been trying to remember to use the 45, unless I'm cutting fleece or lots of layers, as the blades are cheaper. Then I can save my big one for the projects that require the bigger blade.

I use the 60mm only because that is what I'm use to. I have a 45mm and try to use it sometimes but it just feels weird to me.
