I am going to make my sister a quilt and know that she would love a Celtic design. Can anyone recommend a pattern, place to get the pattern or design?

I like Beth Ann Williams Celtic Quilts. I don't know if you can get her patterns on line though. I am lucky to have her book.

Does anyone know if all the Celtic designs require applique or if some are pieced?

These ones are pieced. She also has others that you can buy as just single patterns. I have found her very helpful and easy to deal with.
