Default Advice on fabric transfers for quilt???

I was asked to make a quilt using pictures. What is the best source of material to use? Do they really wash well ? Any special inks , precautions? Need any & all help you can give. I don't want to go thru all the 'work' to make this quilt only to have it 'wash away' !

I use Jenkins Miracle Fabric sheets. Haven't had any trouble so far and I've used them for years.
They have a much better hand than the others on the market - soft, pliable, thus easy to needle

I have an Epson printer that uses "durabrite" ink with Printed Treasures fabric sheets. The pictures turn out true to color and are washable.

I won't use anything but Printed Treasures. The fabric is machine washable.
