I bought a pull along sewing machine tote for my daughter for Christmas and had no problem at all.

I have bought from them for over 10 years, my friends and family have also bought from them. We have been very happy with the price, quality and service.

They want to stay in business and they do that with great service. I have ordered big and little from them and will again if I ever find a job and have money to buy.

I have bought 3 (three) sewing machines from them. One for me and two for gifts. I misplaced my Manual and their Customer Service was great in getting a new one to me.
You will love doing business with them.

I have purchased from them twice and both times was a good experience. If you sign up for their email list, they occasionally send out a "newsletter" that will have notice of sales and give you a certain percentage off your entire order. Its usually enough to cover shipping charges. SewVacDirect is another good one. And, Ken's, too.
