I'm working on a quilt for my daughter and SIL. Last night I showed it to DH and he said we should keep it for ourselves. Told him I can't since it's for their anniversary. So he says, "You should make one like that for us?" I immediately went online and picked out all the fabric for "our" quilt. But I didn't order anything cause I'm trying to stick to my commitment to use only stash fabric. Don't know how much longer I can hold out. :)

Well, if he buys it instead of you.....that would be okay!

It will be very hard to stick to your resolution when DH is such an enabler LOL :D:D:D

Isn't there a byline that reads, "If DH wants you to make a quilt, the rule of commitment to not buy fabric is void and null?"

Oh yeah! I totally agree. That wouldn't be cheating at all. ;)
