No shoes. When I was first driving it was the same-felt I had better control over the gas pedal with no shoes.

My shoes are parked inside the front door and are never worn around the house. When its warm, I sew barefoot. When its cold, I wear soft-soled slippers.

I sew in bare feet or stocking on if it is cold. Can not control the foot press with shoes on.

As for the bra, I' m 56 and still don't have enough to sag. If I put a pencil under my boob it falls on the floor , most people don't understand that concept either. LOL
Maybe they are not true friends if they cannot accomodate your foot problem? I understand the boob concept

You sound like my 62 yr old sister.....when the Dr. asked if she does self exams of her breasts, she told him that if she had a lump, it would show! Love that! Marilyn
