i haven't tried using my right foot for sewing. if i'm at a class i take my shoes of and wear socks.

As you can see from the cartoon my father drew of me, I not only sew with my shoes on but I do it in RED HIGH HEELS!!!!

I do too. I like to feel the pressure I am using on the pedal. But I do have to rest my feet every so often, they can get real hot after a while and swell up from the heat.

I never learned to dance in shoes either. All our school dances were "sock hops" in the gym.
