Default Another treasure trove..

I'm having a good week. I posted earlier about the shop I found in Manchester that sold quilting fabric by weight. Then a friend said she was having a clear-out and did I want to go through the stuff she was getting rid of. I've just come home with piles of quilting magazines, dozens of blocks, some books, patterns and a couple of bags of scraps.
Now I just need more storage space....
Now that I'm retired and having to be very careful with my spending, this sort of windfall is so much appreciated!

I'm glad that you were able to get things that you can use. Happy quilting to you!

I know about Abarkhan (or however you spelt it!) as we have one here in Chester (sells fabric by weight, not specifically quilting), but would love to know the name of the Manchester shop that does the same please

Could be a field trip on the horizon...

Yes, it is! What an amazing shop. I'm going back to Manchester next week - another visit coming up, I think!
