Please help me find a quiilt block

I need help finding a quilt block that looks like a book thats closed. One where you can see the pages at an angle. I've tried to make one on my own and it didn't work out well at all.
I'd appreciate any help. Thanks a bunch!!!!!

I don't think that will work. It needs to look like its laying flat.

Try googling colouring book pictures sometimes you can find the right thing.
