Default Anyone else have problems with their Voyager 17?

I have a Voyager 17 and I have always felt like I spend more time trying to get the darn thing to work properly than actually quilting. I am frustrated with it and thinking about trading it in. I know Nolting bought out Hinterberg and will trade it in but I don't know anything about their machines. Are they good quality?

I had a Voyager 17. It was my introduction into Longarming. I liked it and did many quilts on it but it always had tension issues. I grew tired of always fussing with it so I went and bought an HQ Advante with a prostitcher. I love it.

I have a friend that has one and she has had very little trouble. She belongs to a yahoo email group and there is lots of help from all the members.

I've watched videos and tried everything but it always has tension issues, trouble with the up/down button and skipped stitches. I spend so much time messing around with it that not much time is left for quilting. It's very frustrating.
