I purchased a new Hinterberg long-arm quilt machine a couple of weeks ago and I am becoming very frustrated with trying to use it. I have watched the DVD at least 5 times and I just keep breaking the thread, one needle etc. I am sure it is the operator and not the machine. Does anyone live in the Toledo OH area that could help me?

i have no words of wisdom except to say my friend had the same problem and instead of tossing it into the hudson river she returned it.

she said it was to heavy to pick up and toss :D

Try joining the homequiltingsystems group at http://groups.yahoo.com . Someone there should be able to help you.
