I have a 2044 quilt expressions and what a frustrated day I had at class.
Teacher and I tried all morn to get my machine set up no luck.
She let me paratice a little on hers but I was so keyed up not fun.
I just went to phaff free motin and now they have a fabric mover stitch regulator that would fit my model. Anyone have one of these. You move a frame not your foot control.
I know If I can get one here it will be very expensive but matbe worth it.
Does anyone know what the cost it in us?
    Thanks Gale

I have a Pfaff Performance 2056 and I free motion with it no problem. What is happening with your Pfaff when you try to free motion?

The fabric mover/stitch regulator runs around 1200.00 in Canada, the one drawback is you only have a 4 inch area to work on at a time with it. That would frustrate me.

i guess I won`t be buying one! Hard to beleive when I only paid 1800.00 brand new for the machine 4 yrs ago!Watched the viedo looked bigger than 4 inch but can`t see it very well.
I finaly got out the book and figured it out. Forgot to take my book to class!
Now I know the stich width needs to be at 1 and engaging of the pressure foot in the daring postion.
Where in ontario are you Shawdow Dancer I`m 30 miles south of Windsor.
    Back to prctice! LOL

I'm glad you got it figured out. :) Now you just need to relax and have some fun. :)

I'm west of Thunder Bay, 4 hours from the Manitoba border. Way up in the middle of nowhere! I think they dropped a few people here years ago and that is how the town started!! LOL We moved here and said no more than 2-3 years.... 28 years later I am still here! :)
