Default Anyone use a Gingher Sharpening Stone?

I don't want to mess up my scissors doing it myself, so does anyone use one and like it? I figured they wouldn't sell it, if it ruined your scissors.

I have a Gingher sharpening Stone and it has instructions. My HB sharpens my scissors. I have had him do this for maybe 20 yrs. It is great! that is a great buy and you will save lots of $'s . Good luck

That's good to know. I've had my scissors for many years and finally, one pair needs sharpening. I just never seem to plan ahead to have them with me when the "scissor guy" is around at the LQS. So, I was thinking this may be the way to go.
