This one has taken me awhile to get finished but I'm done. And, I traced the next 4 blocks onto the background fabric this afternoon as well. I have 9 blocks to go before I'm finished. 9 sounds like just a few but you know these will take me some time. I can't work on them every day and I'm in the middle of packing for the move back to the winter house. I won't be here much longer.

Okay, here it is. The first picture is the before embellishing. The last picture is the after embellishing. I guess it's time for me to get back to my next block.

This is beautiful! I am starting a quilt with sunburst blocks, and after struggling to appliqué the center circle, and then appliqué the sunburst onto the background, I have decided to attempt reverse appliqué. Your perfect circles give me hope!

The move is done and I'm back working on my blocks. Here's the before and after embellishing for block #33. I hope to get them all done by the end of the year. I don't know if I will make it.

Wow! Another gorgeous block. Embellishing really bring the blocks to life but is time consuming as well. Cannot wait for the next posting!
