Default BabyLock Ellisemo

I know someone selling this machine without the embroidery unit. Can anyone tell me what a good price to buy it used would be? Looking for a graduation gift for daughter. Thank you.

Why are they selling it without the embroidery unit, new they run from 8-12,000, maybe 4,000 would be good since it doesn't have the unit

I don't think she ever had the unit. Is it an option to buy without?

To my knowledge, you cannot buy this machine without an embroidery unit.

If you are buying a machine just to sew, there are many other machines out there that are would be much more cost-effective. if you purchased the Ellisimo, you'd be paying for a lot of machine that will never be used.

I bought my old model Ellisimo a year ago - complete with its embroidery unit - brand new for 6000 which included updrade 1, retail price 500. And all of the features in the new Ellisimo Gold - which is going for what Dolphyn quoted - are all embroidery related.

I can't see a reason to buy this machine without the embroidery unit.
