    Smile Babylock Symphony stich question

I finally got my Babylock Symphony.....HOORAY....I am going to take some classes to learn all of it's functions, but was wondering if anyone knew how to set up the machine to stitch the large quilting stiches that run continous....there were only a couple of stiches that got big enough to look like a quilting stitch and I can't seem to figure out how to find them? I don't think that I am explaining this very well, but if anyone might know what I am talking about I would appreciate your help....otherwise I will find out when I take the class....Thanks

    Hi,

I have the Symphony and I absolutely LOVE it....you will, too!! I am not sure what you are looking for, but will see if I can find the stitch you mean tomorrow...right now I have to head for bed, it's late! I know there is a stitch that looks like hand quilting. Will see....
    Enjoy that machine, you will!

I have the Brother NX-2000, which is the same machine as the Symphony. I love it and I am sure you will too. I believe that you are looking for the wider designs. If you are, they are located in the Character/Decorative Stitch category. At the top of the touch screen there are 2 tabs-one says "Utility Stitch" and the other is "Character/Decorative Stitch". Touch that tab and it gives you more options. Then touch the 1st box on the left in the top row. It will have 12 pages of designs. Use the arrows at the bottom right of the screen to go to page 11. The larger designs start there--I believe 6-103 is the first one and they continue on to page 12.

If our manuals for the machines are the same, Chapter 4 talks about those decorative stitches. I'm sincerely hoping that this helps you!
