Prison Sue...in handcuffs since she touched the quilts at a quilt show (without white gloves)

Ax murderer Sue...think Lizzy Borden Sue

Jack & "Jill" Sue...but Sue pushing Jack down the hill

Bandito Sue...Sue in huge sombrero with bandaliers of bullets crossed on her chest and guns pointing in the air

yes! those blocks were so funny. I'm a tenderhearted mousie but I have a sense of humor.

I have heard of Bad Sunbonnet Sue but never have made one. I had seen somewhere comments on this pattern and some people thought it was cute and others were quite offended. I am not a fan of SB Sue so haven't paid much attention to it. Good luck on your search for other patterns for Bad SB Sue.

I’m not a Sue fan, but really got a kick out of the Bad ones. When you get a creative urge, I think you need to explore it! Unfortunately I don’t remember any specific Bad ones.

Never been a fan of Sunbonnet Sue, but I sure loved both the bad ones and the kill Sue ones. They were hysterical!

I just googled killer sue quilts. That's some disturbing stuff, ladies! Poor Sue! (I'll stick to the cute 30's stuff, lol!)

Eleanor Burns has a video, one of her staff made small individual quilts, and a story with each one. I thought it was really cute.

I attended a quilt show in Oakland, CA, about a zillion years ago. The day I attended the famous Bad Sue quilt Barbara Brackman contributed to caught my eye: it was wonderful. I forgot my camera.
I went back the next (paying the entry fee again) and, due to complaints by old biddies, the Bad Sue quilt was facing the wall. I asked to stay after to photo the quilt and was turned down.
It took umpteen years and the arrival of the internet before I tracked down the quilt to view it again at last!
