You might contact the Chamber of Commerce in Pocahantas, Arkansas. They have a several beautiful painted quilt barn boards throughout the town.

A quilting buddy just painted one but directly onto her shed. She used painter's tape to tape off the different colors. It looks awesome.

Buy a cut board at Lowe's and paint one yourself. My daughter made several for me 24" x 24" to hang on my garage.

I was in Holmes county Ohio today, where there are many Amish, and I saw several Barn quilts. Also I did see at one of the flea markets that they were selling them. I just can't remember which Flea market...if I remember I will add it. I know it was on Ohio state route 39.

I have a question. Can you use any kind of paint, and do you apply a clear finish to protect the paint? Thanks for any information.
