    Isn't it irritating when this happens??? I think my machine is possessed... It's sewing fine then... THAT happens on the bottom! It's ok, I'll fix it... I just had to walk away from it for a moment....

    All that wasted thread.....

    I suspect your top thread wasn't between the tensions discs properly. Don't despair.

    While learning to free motion quilt, I have seen far to many of these "thread arrangements". But you are correct aside from a waste of thread, it is definetely fixable. Thank you for sharing and I hope that you have no more of this type of experience.

    Possibly. That's why I called it possessed lol.... Sewing fine then that darn tread hops out of some proper place .....

    And it's exactly why I'm afraid to try free motion quilting..... One day though!!! Soon!

    A true confession here- sometimes I have to threaten my machines into behaving. If I feel extremely miffed, then I threaten them with a crow bar, otherwise, I am going to sell them to someone that does't love and care for them like I do. Then after a sip of something soothing, they improve their behavior.

    (Since I don't have a crow bar - or if we do, I have no idea where it is- they don't know it would never happen.)
