Sure, find a simple but pretty font on your computer, type the word "BELIEVE" blow it up as big as you can. You might need to blow it up to as large as you can on your computer and then enlarge it on copy machine. Use it as a pattern to cut out your letters (applied to fusible web.) THen applique on a center rectangle. (Embellish with holly leaf or whatever appliqued if you wish. Then put on some pretty borders, pieced squares, simple borders, piano keys or whatever. I haven't researched it, but there might be some sites on web with letters. I know they can also be pieced, but that would be more difficult for me.

I just remembered that I should mention there are several books on the market that show how to use words. Mary Lou Weidman uses them in a lot of work. There is a pinterest site that shows a lot of word quilts.... Here are a couple: http://pinterest.com/tonyaricucci/qu...s-and-letters/

You could use this quilt as inspiration to make a table runner.
