I have that one too. It is awful. I think I tried using it only once and had a dreaful time. It was way easier using the clover bias tape makers.

There was a previous thread about something from Love Sew and everyone was saying nice things so I didn't want to chime in and say something negative. I agree with you. Delivery was awful. Took FOREVER. I ordered the domestic quilting rulers and although I kept them, I don't like them. Even with a different foot that I had to order, they are not thick enough to quilt with, my foot keeps jumping on to the rulers. I personally wouldn't order from that company again.
