leftover triangle
#1
I don't know if anyone else has broached this subject, but I have a ton of triangles in all sizes from past projects and wish I could find a use for them. Any ideas??? quilters seem to find a way to use everything, so if anyone has a pic of something they've used them for or just an idea I'm all ears.

Every time you make a block that will ultimately give you 2 triangle pieces, take the time to sew 1/2 from the sewing line and then cut apart in between and toss them in a box. Before you know it you will have enough 1/2 squares to make a scrap quilt or a border. I do this will all of my piecing and have accumulated quite a pile, almost enough to add the border to my next quilt project.
