Love the top! Magenta or Orange are my favorites, can’t wait to see what you choose, another great project!

I like the orange, but then I find as I get older, I like bright colors. I can see them better and they make me happy, more energy.

I am one for bright colors so I would choose the orange.

I would do the deep purple in the first photo for the border and the magenta in the second photo for the binding.

I am not a fan of orange but I love it with this quilt. But I think you should pick what makes you happy. Look at your pictures and the fabric laid out and see which one draws your eyes. The quilt is beautiful

Have you considered using black? That is quite often by go to color when nothing else seems right.

For those who suggested black, normally I agree that black makes the colors pop. But in this quilt there is some navy, and no black. I like the border to be a color somewhere within the quilt. Besides, I have never liked navy with black in anything (clothing, decor, etc). So that color was purposefully not under consideration.

I've made up my mind. This one was tough because I honestly think all the colors I auditioned looked good. I almost always yank one away, saying, "Uh, no, definitely not" but this time it was more like, "Hmm...I like the teal...and how about aqua? Yep, I like that too, but how about yellow? Nice! Or magenta or purple---cool. Or instead of bright, gray?" I really needed several sets of eyes on this one to give votes.

I won't tell you what colors I chose. The big reveal will come later. But I will say that I decided on no border, just binding, and a contrasting backing.

What marvelous colors! I agree with those who say no border. I almost always put a border on mine, but sometimes, like here, the quilt is too perfect already. Just let the pattern run out to infinity. A border puts a stop to it and that does not feel right in this case, if that makes any sense.

I said black because i thought the dark color was black. Of course the black would not have looked good with the dark blue. Lol
