Kitsie,
I definitely like the leaves on the outside curve. Looks more natural as in nature.

Beautiful quilt. Good luck with choosing a design.

Charismah is a fmq artist - creative, talented and excellent. She has a web site too.

I love studying Charismah's work to see what designs I can make a stab at. I would say duplicate but no way am I ever going to be that good.

Beautiful quilt-I would probably just handquilt around the flowers themselves & echo the flower pattern in the SB blocks! Love your quilt!

Wow!!!! and wow some more..that is dramatically drop dead gorgeous..what a palette for an longarm quilter. I'd love to get my hands on it to quilt..What a great job you did on it. Don't underrate your ability to quilt it, take your time, maybe pick up a stencil or make your own, plan it out carefully and I bet you can make it shine. Way to go!!!!

I just read all 5 pages hoping someone had asked the name of your pattern. Your quilt is absolutely wonderful and I'd love to try one similar but not in black and white. Would you mind sharing the name of the pattern if you didn't create it yourself? And if you did, it's lovely and I'd love to know what you call it.

I was also wondering the name of the pattern as well. I love the simple color scheme and fabric selections. I FMQ and I sometimes have a hard time deciding on just the right quilt design. I think a small flowering vine similar to the design on your fabric would be great in the larger blocks and stitching around the block design in the star blocks would look great.
