I wouldn't add a border. I'd just bind it. It is gorgeous just like it is.

I love Karen Combs' patterns and her ombre fabrics are great. If it was mine, I wouldn't put any borders on it.

I wouldn't put borders on it, either.

I would also NOT put a binding on it. There are a couple of finishes that would do it - one is the 'knife'edge' - it's rather a PIDA (pain in the armpit) to do - or the 'pillowcase' method.

Yup, that is it!! Thanks for finding it.

I have auditioned about 20 different borders, and I have considered the no border idea...and I have decided on what my first thoughts were. I am putting two purple borders...one lighter than the other. I should get that done today, and then I will post a picture here. Thank you all for your ideas!!
