You are quite right that is exactly what I have bought, and it is wonderful, will this product be similar to the other one you have: http://www.creativegrids.com/acatalo..._TH001418.html

Here in the UK our supplies are a bit different to over the pond :)

I've not used Bottom Line, but I do use Wonderfil's Invasifil...it's a 100 wt., so a little thinner. When I use the Invisafil, the stitches are unnoticeable. I've been considering going to B.L. Do you think it's comparable to a 100 wt. considering B.L. is a 60 wt.?

The link your provided to creative grids is definitely Superior Thread's Bottom Line, not a YLI product. You can see it says Superior right on the spool. So if this is what you got it is exactly what we are using here. I love Creative Grids rulers! Never realized they were made in the UK!

Oh thank you so much for letting me know as I have a 10% discount with them, and it's free postage at present

I have always used Creative grid rulers and recommend them to our all my patchwork class and friends I love the non slip discs incorporated in them and also their plain black n white markings.

I have always used BL in the bobbin and have recently got Invisafil - I'd say it is a little finer than BL but very similar. I never had any issues with BL, it balances nicely tension wise with everything of any thickness. :-D

I love this thread for bobbin or needle or both!

And it's the absolutely most wonderful thread for hand applique that I've tried yet! Smooth and no tangling - keep the needle moving every few stitches and no shredding. And it just disappears into the applique piece. I usually use just four neutrals and they are invisible on nearly everything - cream, taupe, silver and grey.

I quilted my daughter's rainbow log cabin with micro designs, drawn along every seam line with Bottom Line black. (The backing, binding and shams are also black) It drew very fine little waves, stars, cactus, hearts, flowers, suns - and no lint, either! :)

I really LOVE this stuff!

Yes, it is Superior. One problem I have had with Superior prewound bobbins is that when I use the auto cutter on my quilting machine (BabyLock Quilters Choice Pro) on a frame, the end of the bobbin thread kind of curls up and falls back into the bottom of the machine. I have to move the machine all the way from under the quilt and open the bobbin compartment and take the bobbin holder out and pull the thread out some more. Maybe my bobbin tension is too tight for them? Suggestions?

I had always heard that as well but I see more and more places where they are using bobbin thread instead. Here is a site that has alot about threads. I hope it helps.
