Bowling theme charm pack

Bowling theme charm pack
I have 2 charm packs with a bowling theme, I am not sure what pattern to use with them, I don't want something that will not let me see what the theme is, if this makes sense, what ideas can anyone give me to make the theme show up? I am not crazy about the plain 9 patch.
