brown Bargello quilts finished....now which way should go up?
I finished the second of my brown Bargello quilts last night, the second a mirror image of the first. I have put them on the twin beds and can't figure out which I prefer....which side is the top, in other words.
You also can't really tell that one is the mirror image of the other, so I sort of wish I hadn't worked so hard on making that happen. But they look good. I am happy with them, if I could just decide if I like them "right side up" or "upside down."
Which do you think looks best? Thanks for any opinions.

medallions
I agree, the mirror imaging shows up better on the 2nd pic. However, I think the first picture shows more drama in the movement of the two. There now, you have two different opinions. Might even try one up and one down and see what happens? They are absolutely a couple of the most beautiful quilts I've seen. What a great job. Have fu-u-u-un choosing.
Did you also do those wonderful the medallions on the wall?

Thanks for all the complements. Currently they are on the beds as the second picture has them. Guess that will do for now.... Joellyn, I have just started a pattern my sister designed. (She teaches workshops and such.) She has named it The Sands of Time. It is a break from the Bargellos, but I still hear them calling my name!
