Congrats on the new quilter's house.

I always tell those who are house hunting, "You will just 'know' when it is the right house for you. You have found it!

God knew your wants and needs and he worked through your husband and the realtor to give you not only what you needed, but what you wanted. As I say, God is good all the time, All the time, GOD IS GOOD!!!!

Congrats and let us know when the housewarming is! That's a must for a brand new first time homeowner!!!!!
