What kind of machine and how much??

The reason I ask is...the pricier the machine, the more warranty, the better repair service, and some places throw in a discount and free mastery classes...Just something to think about...

It is $199
you can also see it here at the Janome site...I think it will be a good machine for me...at least I hope :)

If you have a local dealer, will he/she match the price?

It looks like a really nice machine. But like Moonpi, I would check out local dealers if possible to see if they will match the price.

wow..you guys are great....:)

Since I posted this this evening...I ordered my machine. I went w/
It is the Janome Magnolia 7318 from

www.icanhelpsew.com

The lady I spoke with was very friendly and patient. It should be here in 3-4 days....so I am hoping by the weekend.

I didnt feel like I had a lot of time to make it to the dealer 1 hr away...hectic schedule and a little pirate who is looking for me to help him out for Halloween ;)

So hopefully that Janome name will be as good as everyone says...I know this machine doesnt have all the bells and whistle...but I hope it is a reliable workhorse. I want to be using it for a long time to come....

Thanks again everyone :)
