I think if you get the templates from Quilter's Cache for the measurements & check the directions from the one Aimee posted you should be good to go.

The Schnibbles quilt book has the pattern in it for a small and large quilt called Spin City, it is by Miss Rosie's Quilt Co., and it uses strips made from a charm pack. Hope this helps.

Cut your strips 2" wide x 5" long. For the center strip in each quarter block--cut them 3" long. Lay the light strip down face up horizontally in front of you. Lay the dark strip face down vertically matching the top edge to the right edge of the light fabric like joining binding strips, sew on the diagonal & snip the corners. I'm attaching a picture that shows the rotary cutting but I would do the "polygon" shapes as 2 x 3" strips.

The way I've seen it done is you make a big half square triangle with 2 pieces of fabric. You then cut it up evenly into 3-5 strips. Reverse the strips and sew. Tada!

Cut evenly (ignore that my right one is slightly bigger :D)
