I went looking on youtube for you. I didn't find anything that great. Why don't you do a youtube search? I spent an hour there myself. The link that fidgety gave you is awesome, and there's more out there if only you look. Try a Google search. These really are not that hard.

I did try the google search and like you I could not find anything. I just thought that maybe someone had found something that I missed. Thanks anyway. I will continue to look through the books that I have. :)
