Default Can Someone help me find this applique??

It is an applique of a boy fishing. He is holding a fishing pole with a fish hanging from it. There is also a worm bucket in this. I saw one on a quilt that was made many years ago, but can't find it on the internet. Can someone please help me. Thanks,

I believe it is called Overall Sam, cousin to Sunbonnet Sue. You can google it, or look on here for it. Good luck.

I've also seen it called Overall Andy. I know I've seen the pattern but can't remember where...

The applique is one of the Sunbonnet Sue line of appliques. It is called Fisherman Fred. You can find a pattern of Fisherman Fred in Sunbonnet Sue's Neighborhood Quilt Pattern Book. You can probably Google the words Sunbonnet Sue and Fisherman Fred and you will probably get a lot of websites. I have this book so I know that it is out there, but I would probably check out Amazon first. The book has several other patterns. I hope that you haven't given up on finding it yet because it is a really cute pattern.

I just checked on Amazon and they do have it. They have several in fact. New and used.
