Default Maine Quilt Shops selling Hemingworth Embroidery Threads

My sister and I have a trip to Maine planned for this summer. One thing we need help with: does anyone know of a brick and mortar source for Hemingworth machine embroidery threads. Our trip will take us to the areas around Bangor, Waterville, Augusta, Portland and Kittery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a link to their website where they list dealers who carry their thread. I would make sure to call ahead as it has been my experience that these dealer lists can be out dated.

Thank you, feline fanatic for the link. I already tried that before posting here. Unless I'm doing something wrong that was of no help to me. As I am from Canada I have no way of knowing zip codes for all the various areas. An email to the US distributor as listed on the Hemingworth site asked for a password to access, in other words Dealers / Store Owners only.
    I still need help, please.

You can find the zip codes for different cities online at USPS.com

Totally agree with Feline Fanatic ....
........ or that the dealer carries only one item of the 1,000 that the manufacturer has available.

Marnie ... For finding possible shops, I usually just google
"quilt store Bangor (etc. or even just the state)"
and get a list. Yup, just did it and found a bunch.

Good Luck in your search .... and have a great holiday!

Thank you, cashs_mom. Just went through a lot of zip codes on the link feline fanatic gave me, no luck. Guess, no one is selling it in Maine.

Thank you, QuiltE. We are planning to visit a "few" quilt shops so you never know what we might find!

Try sewing machine dealers too ... that's where I buy mine.
They have some fabric, but definitely not what you would call a quilt store.

If you know what colours you want, I am sure that my store would mail them to you.
I do love using Hemingworth's when I am quilting.

Buy a color chart from them. Order online.

I don't know much about that thread but if you are going to Maine you should definitely go to a Marden's. Marden's is what I call a junk store but they have a great, cheap, fabric department. It is a must, if going to Maine. Every time I go I end up spending $200 on fabric because the price is right (mostly $5 a yard). Make this a stop, you won't regret it.
