The lowest I found was at www.benfranklin.com - but, be prepared for a fairly long wait (I think it was about 2 weeks) to receive them.

I've found that Nancy's Notions has good prices on their dies and mats.

I buy a lot of dies and mats from http://www.baysidequilting.com/ The shop has good sales.

I've ordered from both Overstock.com (which is now called o.co) and Nancy's Notions. I always wait for a sale!

There's a Yahoo group with the lowest prices I've seen anywhere on mats and dies, and that includes using any coupons at retail outlets. Shipping is EXACTLY what it costs, no "handling" fees added on.
